Custom Cutting Tool's specializes in a variety of screw machine cutting tools, including dovetail form tools and dovetail shave tools.  CCT's dovetail form tools and shave tools are made from T-15, M42, M2 solid carbide or brazed carbide, other special material are available upon request.   Custom Cutting Tools also provides carbide inserted dovetail form tools and shave tools to increase your efficency.  CCT has on-site engineering capabilities to design your dovetail form tools from a part print as well as designing a family of tooling to a datum point.   Dovetail form tools usually take 1-2 weeks to produce but can be produce in as little as 2 days if required.
